Payment Terms

Effective date: March 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Payment Terms regulate the financial aspects of using the DonatOnly platform operated by IE Lakhno Dmitry Igorevich (OGRN 319547600060122, INN 540865057081).

2. Accepting Donations

Donations are voluntary monetary transfers from viewers (donors) to streamers registered on the platform. Donations are not payment for goods or services and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

The minimum donation amount is set by the platform and may be adjusted by the streamer within the allowed range.

3. Fees

The Service may charge a fee for processing donations. The streamer receives the donation amount minus the platform fee and the payment system fee.

Current fee rates are available in the user dashboard. Payment system fees depend on the payment method chosen by the donor and are determined by the respective payment provider.

4. Payouts

Streamers can withdraw accumulated funds to:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, MIR)
• Fast Payment System (FPS/SBP)

The minimum payout amount is determined by the platform. Payout requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the platform.

5. Refunds

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical error resulting in an incorrect amount charged
• Unauthorized transaction (fraud)
• Other cases provided by law

To request a refund, the donor must contact support with details of the transaction.

6. Taxation

The streamer is independently responsible for paying taxes on income received through the platform in accordance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation. The Service does not act as a tax agent and does not withhold taxes from payouts.

7. Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Russian rubles (RUB). The Service does not perform currency conversion.

8. Payment Security

All payments are processed through certified payment providers compliant with PCI DSS requirements. The Service does not store bank card data of users.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

The Service reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The Service will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
