Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the relationship between IE Lakhno Dmitry Igorevich (OGRN 319547600060122, INN 540865057081, hereinafter — the "Service") and any individual or legal entity using the DonatOnly platform (hereinafter — the "User").

By registering on the platform or using the Service, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

DonatOnly is a platform for accepting voluntary monetary donations (donations) from viewers to streamers and content creators. The service provides:

• Personal donation page for each streamer
• Notification widget for integration with streaming software (OBS, etc.)
• Dashboard with analytics and donation history
• Tools for customizing the donation page and alerts

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, the User must create an account by providing accurate information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions performed under their account.

The Service reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if the Terms are violated.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Service undertakes to:

• Ensure the functionality of the platform
• Process payments in accordance with applicable law
• Protect User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Not distribute prohibited content
• Comply with these Terms and applicable law

5. Content

The User is solely responsible for the content they post on the platform, including donation page descriptions, stream content, and messages. The Service does not pre-moderate content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Restrictions

The following is prohibited on the platform:

• Using the service for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Distributing content that violates applicable law
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems
• Using automated means to interact with the platform without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Service is not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance
• Actions of third-party payment providers
• User losses resulting from disclosure of their credentials
• Content posted by Users

8. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time. The Service reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform in case of Terms violation. Upon termination, the balance of accumulated funds will be paid out in accordance with the Payment Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law at the location of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
